We are just coming into our third month with Melanie caring for my elderly mother. You will not find a more caring, compassionate person than Melanie. She has a warmth you feel immediately when meeting her, and she will go out of her way to drive Mum to the doctors when necessary. She regularly updates me to confirm Mum has had her tablets, or a cooked meal Melanie has cooked for her, and let’s me know if there are any problems. I am so grateful we found Melanie just when we needed her, and she was able to increase her hours with short notice. I could not recommend Melanie enough, she has been a godsend to us.
