Melanie has kindly aided my 96 year old mother with her monthly eye appointments to the Macular clinic at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, taking her door to door and enjoying coffee together after what is an unpleasant treatment. She has made the whole experience not only easy but a real pleasure for mum, who speaks extremely highly of Melanie and very much enjoys spending time with her. We hope to continue to work with Melanie in the future and would have no hesitation in calling upon her for first class care.
